Poseidon is a fully-managed grading and academic-integrity platform built and operated by Emzini weCode in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. We host and run everything; your faculty just teach and grade.
What we're building
Poseidon brings autograding, rubric-based review, and an academic-integrity due-process workflow into one platform — for high schools, colleges, and universities grading everything from Python scripts to final papers. We built it because grading at scale shouldn't mean spreadsheets, brittle scripts, and a separate, ad-hoc process every time a concern about integrity comes up. One platform, fully managed, with the fairness and transparency that high-stakes grading deserves.
Who we are
We're Emzini weCode, a software team based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Poseidon is built and run by the people you talk to — you don't file a ticket into an offshore queue; you reach the team that ships the product. We work a shared day with the institutions we serve and answer directly.
Running in production today
Poseidon isn't a prototype. It is live right now, grading a real university computer-science cohort of 300+ students — the platform we operate every week. We'd rather earn your trust by running something real than by overclaiming.
How we handle your data
Each institution's courses and grades are isolated. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access is invitation-only and role-based. If a breach ever poses real risk, we notify affected users promptly. We don't sell data and we don't run ads. And because the model is managed, not locked-in: you provision nothing and back up nothing — and if you ever leave, you can export your institution's data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
